About Nielsen Tree Farms
Nielsen Tree Farms is a family owned and
operated nursery based in Dodge, Nebraska. We are conveniently located 70
miles from Omaha, Lincoln and Sioux City. Our nursery consists of 2 growing
locations, our original farm near Winslow, Nebraska and our current farm near
Dodge. Our Winslow farm is excellent for growing pine and fir trees, and the
Dodge farm produces beautiful spruce, pine and birch trees.
We specialize in growing top quality evergreens and a few select species of
deciduous trees which perform well in our environment. All trees are
pruned annually and fertilized to promote excellent health and superior growth
habits. With these growing practices, we concentrate on maintaining and
improving the quality of our products and customer service.
Trees can be purchased in pots, balled and burlapped, or in the ground for your
own digging. Call us for pricing and conditions for in-ground purchasing.
